8 x 20:10, 12% incline, 9.5 mph finished at 9.0 last 3 reps

45lb KB swings followed by push-ups
10, 9, 8 . . . 2, 1, 2 . . . 8, 9, 10

Notes: Ankle a little stiff running. Ran in Minimus shoes.
