A1. Push-ups
50, 46, 26, 26, 22, 22, 15
A2. Pull-ups
7, 10, 7, 7, 10

Circuit (10:25 minutes - 3 sets x 10 reps each)
1. Forward lunges 2 x 20's, 45lb KB Overhead, BW
2. Shoulder push-ups
3. Horizontal Rows
4. Single Arm KB swings Right and Left 45lb KB
