  • Body: Feeling a little run-down. Decided to take a rest day.

  • Notes: Clinic was good today. Everybody no-showed for pool therapy class today, so after 30 min I left and went back to my CHU for a couple of hours. I don't understand why people skip appointments like that, oh well . . . it makes for an easy day for me.

Got stuck at the bottom of my split squat today right leg forward, and had to get workers to help me up with the weight. Kind of embarrassing. Still waiting on word about SF job. Tried watching Shoulder DVD today, but laptop kept screwing up. Cigar night with some of the boys tonight.

Morning clinic was busy, but afternoon was pretty slow allowing me to catch up on unfinished notes from the day prior and leave at about 4:25 pm which was nice. Just thinking how thankful and lucky I am to have such an awesome wife . . . and 2 great little girls. Can't wait to get home to them. It has been 9 months today.
