  • Body: Hamstrings and quads a little sore
  • Sleep: 7.5 hours
  • Notes: Clinic busy this morning. Got EMG/NCS for guy with Infraspinatus muscle atrophy. Got a package today from Jason and Erin and one from Aunt Janet yesterday.
