Daily Report:
  • Body: Left hip bothering me all day. Sharp, stabbing pains 2-3x today with standing up. I will cut down running mileage this week, and may take a week off from working legs. Left shoulder also feeling sore.
  • Sleep: 6.5 hours
  • Notes: Dust storm cleared out today. Clinic not too busy. Supper sucked. Still waiting on SF position decision. There are a lot of applicants, so we'll see. I hope I get it though. I'm not sure I will want to do anything else as a PT.
