  • Body: Hamstrings and Gluts sore from yesterday's workout, Ice 2x today
  • Sleep: 8 hours
  • Notes: Day off from work. Worked on biography and 5 year time line. Finished chapter 9 for CSCS exam. Extremely hot today. I've been hooked on playing Dave Matthews songs today #41, Stay or Leave, and Save Me on the guitar.
