Rest Day

Rotator Cuff Strengthening
Bilateral Shoulder External Rotation with Scap Retraction 3 x 15
T-band Y's seated 3 x 10

Daily Report:
  • Body: Left shoulder feeling better, but still unable to do a push-up pain-free.
  • Sleep: 8 hours (woke up 2x)
  • Notes: Good day off. Finished a chapter for CSCS studying and watched some of the series The Pacific.
