- Body: Legs still a little sore, but overall felt good. Left shoulder continuing to feel better.
- Sleep: 6.5 - 7 hours
- Notes: Dust storm clearing today, so it was a little warmer but tolerable. Crazy day at the clinic this morning. Pool Therapy Class canceled due to the dust. Another terrible supper as well.
