Shoulder D-bell Press

Daily Report:
  • Body: Quads, Hams, Gluts sore
  • Sleep: 8 hours total
  • Notes: Left shoulder did not feel quite 100% with bench press, but felt surprisingly good with shoulder presses. About 25 days to go.
