Rear Lunges

Glut-Ham Developer
3 x 10 Bodyweight

Circuit 30/30's x 2 sets (10 min)
Bodyweight Squats
Pushups (31, 35)
Right Lateral Lunges
Left Lateral Lunges
Split Squat Jumps

Daily Report:
  • Body: Left Hip a little sore, a couple of left low back twinges today
  • Sleep: 7.5 hours
  • Notes: Completely finished moving out of building today. However, will see a couple of patients tomorrow morning. Sand storm blew in yesterday and still here.
