- Body: Feeling good. Right groing/hamstrings feeling tight with lunges.

- Notes: Did pool therapy class this morning with 1 knee patient. I can't get her squat symmetrical for some reason. She is still favoring her "good" leg. Good day at clinic this afternoon. Got to teach a 5th Group SF medic for about 2 hours and treat a couple of Captains he works with.
