Rest Day - Push-ups

Daily Report:
  • Body: Tired. Quads and Hamstrings are extremely sore. Decided to rest since so sore and little sleep.
  • Sleep: 2 hours + 1.5 hour nap
  • Notes: M4 Range today. Shot poorly. Still not sleeping well for some reason, but had to get up early this morning at 0220
