Rest Day - Push-ups

Push-ups (200 reps)
5 x 40 reps

Daily Report:
  • Body: Hamstrings and Quads getting sore
  • Sleep: 7 hours
  • Notes: Patients no-showed today that I had agreed to see from 1st CAB. So they are cut off now. It's been a nice, easy day.
