- Body: Good
- Sleep: 5 hours (woke up at midnight for room check . . . difficulty returning to sleep)
- Notes: Began packing up clinic today. Tabata Run was difficult the last 2-3 reps. Was initially going to run 3 miles, but did not feel up to it. In the end, the 2-3 miles would probably have been easier. Hopefully, the tabata 12% incline does not aggravate my achilles tendons.
